2. Products & Services
- All artworks are hand-painted and may contain slight variations from digital representations.
- Product dimensions, colors, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.
- Availability of artwork is subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept major credit cards and payment through secure third-party platforms.
- Full payment is required before shipment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping times vary based on destination.
- House Lamont is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged.
- To report a damaged item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this site, including artwork, images, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of House Lamont.
- No part of this site or its content may be reproduced or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- House Lamont is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the jurisdiction of Indonesia.
9. Giveaway Terms and Conditions
-Artwork size is either 40cm x 40cm, 45cm x 30cm or 30cm x 45cm depending on chosen piece.
-Painted with Acrylic on Canvas.
-Shipping included.
-Comes rolled in a tube - framing of the painting is responsibility of the winner.
-Artwork will be produced and delivered within 3 weeks of announcement date.
-Any import taxes / fees are the responsibility of the winner.
-No exchanges available for the artwork.
